2. Accepting these conditions

In placing an order, the customer agrees to all the conditions, terms of sale and privacy policy which governs use of the personal data that you provide us when using this website.

3. Ordering and Payment

The minimum required amount for an order is 500g. The delivery fees are automatically calculated according to the destination as well as the total weight of the order.

Payments: At the moment, can only be made by Paypal for 100% secure and trusted transactions on this site.

When you make a purchase with us, after validating your shopping cart, you will be directed to the Paypal secured website for online payments.

??In case of request for adding or removing something from the order after validation, the aforementioned order is cancelled and paid back at once in its entirety, with immediate refund to the Paypal account. Then, the customer is free to place a new order.

??All orders entered online will receive an order confirmation email from us and no other notification will be sent.
For cases where our logistics provider has to resend items due to the wrong recipient’s address indicated by a customer, repacking and / or redelivery fees may incur.  These additional fees may be twice (2X) the original delivery charges.

The weight of packing materials will be included in the calculation of total shipping weight.

If the parcel is damaged at delivery, the customer has to immediately report and provide information on the condition of the parcel and its content.

4. Delivery

Your order will be shipped within  ?? five working days after reception of your payment. We will send you an e-mail to confirm when we have received your payment and shipped your order.


Local Delivery (Singapore)

Once dispatched a local Singapore order will usually arrive within??  two working days.

Shipping is free for local deliveries using SingPost non-standard mail services.  At present we do not deliver to any offshore island.

International Standard Delivery

These are the delivery times suggested by Singapore Post and should be used as a guide only.

Please note that all delivery times indicated are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled despatches.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importing or exporting of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. It is up to you to ensure (a) that we may export the goods in question to you, and (b) that you may import those goods into your own jurisdiction.

5. Prices

Our online pricelist is for Consumers. The article names and numbers in the pricelist correspond with those shown alongside the pictures and detailed information here in this website.

The prices which are indicated on the product descriptions are in Singapore Dollars S$ or US$.   Product prices reflected on the website are inclusive of local Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) and delivery fees.

For Singapore delivered addresses only, a Special Local Singapore Discount will apply.

For retailers, wholesalers and independent resellers who are able to buy from us in volume, please contact us to find out more on our special trade discounts.  Our trade prices are such that products can usually be sold at the same retail prices shown in this website whilst making the normal retailer margin.

6. Stocks Availability and Guarantee

We guarantee the perfect condition of our products when they leave our establishment.


Cancellation of Order

We cannot guarantee that every item offered online will be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, an item may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any item which you have ordered online and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email and remove the item from your order.  We will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of the date on which you submit your order to us ("the Order Date"). We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


Return Policy

We exercise utmost care in handling our products.  To ensure our customers’ confidence and satisfaction, you may return any defective products within 7 days from the delivered date and a replacement of the same product will be despatched.


Events beyond our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accidents.


 7.Product Care

Fabric products: Please wash in the delicate cycle, cold water and air/line dry Read the instructions on your detergent. Only use a little bit. Wash the article at the coldest temperature possible.


Handmade

Why do I see differences in products? Why are some products not the same?
Our products are made by people  and not factory made. Due to this and the nature of fabrics/raw materials used, no two products are alike. 


8. Governing Law

The terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore Law and the Singaporean Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
